Hello, Backers,
The initial responses are not that encouraging. Sorry for disappointments for some. It will definitely take a little bit of time for the body to get used to. You may initially feel resistant. Any CHANGES that's NEW to the body is naturally resisted. You may feel uncomfortable or painful even. It's the Natural Responses; it's like learning a new sport.
Even for us, at first, we did not like it for a few days but now we have used it for 3 months, we can’t sit without it.
PLUS, ZGUP cushion is not going to magically sit you upright for 24/7. If you sit upright for 10 hrs a day, your muscles will go hypertonic and you will not be able to stand for 5 minutes. However, ZGUP cushion will help you reduce the sitting stress and fatigue by helping you sit upright and encouraging all the little movements (like fidgeting).

2. PACKAGING
- We had to use the particular packaging because it’s too large to ship. It would have costed $40 to USA if shipped in the big box. Therefore, We had to fit into a smaller box by half-folding the cushion. If you let it out on a chair or floor, it will restore to its original form within 59 minutes. It does not damage the cushion nor the functionality.
3. SMELL
- We have a facility (1000 sq feet) to QUICK dry the foam to remove the smell/odor. The smell/odor when you open up the box maybe from the foam, itself. We recommend air-dry it anywhere in the room for a few hours. You may wash the cover
4. COVER
- High quality Mesh Cover is implemented to reduce heat retention and to encourage ventilation.
5. FOAM
- We used a high quality memory foam called VISCO foam to withstand the 10hr weight on it.
- Please open the cover and compare to your current memory foam. You will feel the immediate difference.
