Quick update on Surveys!

Hi Backers,
We haven't been ignoring you guys, so we wanted to do a quick update on the surveys. The survey process has been delayed quite a bit and we do apologize for that. As we have told you guys before, we are using a third party platform BackerKit, and it is been causing some errors and particularly this one is bugging us right now.
We are in the process of fixing this, and it will be solved soon(A few days we are thinking). Everything else is set up so as soon as this is solved, we will send the surveys right away to you guys.
Other than that, our manufacturing is on schedule :) We will work hard so we can deliver the best product to you guys!

Thank you so much for helping us bring the ZGUP Cushion to life! What an incredible campaign thanks to you guys!
So What Happens Next?
When the campaign ended Kickstarter’s payment processor should have started charging your credit cards. As of right now, it looks like there are some backers whose credit cards didn’t process. To know if your card has processed please log into your Kickstarter account and click on the button near the top right called “Manage Pledge”. Also, if your credit card didn’t process you should see a red bar across the top of your browser when you log into your Kickstarter account notifying you of the issue. If you credit card didn’t process you will have till this Friday to get your credit card information fixed. Please verify that your payment was processed to ensure your product is delivered on time.
Then, sometime within the month of November, you will be sent a survey where you can give us your shipping information. We will continue to work around the clock to get your rewards delivered as soon as possible and will let you know should the timeline change.
Thanks again for all of your support and for helping us make this campaign so successful.

Hello,
We started from the bottom 2 weeks ago, and now we are a community of 1700+ backers. There has been a lot of excitement around The ZGUP Cushion campaign and we are continually grateful for the support and positivity you have given us. THANK YOU!
Going into our launch, we were confident that we had the most functional cushion ever, but we were wrong… You continue to help us innovate and expand our minds to new options. For example, today we went out to choose details for the cover. We already know the materials for the cover: Mesh Cover that's great for friction, ventilation and durability. It's Time for the colors!
This is what I have so far. Bad... huh? For this cushion, we can have two tone colors as you can see in the video. (It was blue + pink)
Picking colors is more difficult than actually developing the cushion, itself. Does anyone has a great sense in this ??? :) This is why we LOVE Kickstarter! We hope that by the end of our campaign this will truly be the most functional cushion ever, and it will all be thanks to YOU! Don't hesitate to EMAIL us at [email protected]

Hello,
It is so rewarding to put your heart and soul into something for over a year, share it with the world, and then see the amazing response that you have given us over the past 24 hours. Funded under 100 minutes and over 500 backers already from many countries spanning every continent except Antarctica … We also would like to welcome 32 NEW Kickstarters who just made the first pledge ever. Thanks for bringing it to life and joining the global ZGUP family.
We have had a lot of questions and comments coming in and we are doing our best to keep up, thank you for your patience with us. We want to address some common questions we are seeing from backers.
1. Max/Min Weight?
NO! This ZGUP cushion is for everyone. Plus, the Visco Foam is awesome with semi-permanent durability. It won't deform unless you burn it.
2. Sizes?
We only had only 1 size. BUT, after seeing so much love, we decided to produce the plus size and maybe for Kids, too. We will make official announcements after quick modifications with the original cushion. We will see if this can be done ergonomically & functionally.
We believe in delivering the highest quality product we can from day one. We are open to making small changes and adjustments where it makes sense as we want to make the best cushion for everyone, or that meets the majority of people’s needs. So please feel free to share any ideas you have on how we can improve our products.
We will do our best to answer your questions and comments as they come in. Please have patience with us and we will do our best to keep you in the loop as the project unfolds.
